As a leading technology business, with a true global footprint, we are now looking for an experienced legal professional to join our team

This is an important and senior position within the business and the role will be based out of our Dubai office and will work on a variety of commercial matters with an increased focus on day-to-day legal issues.
You will play an active role in drafting, advising and negotiating various commercial contracts, providing input from a legal and a business perspective.

You will reduce legal risks and keep the business compliant but commercially in pace. You will work closely with colleagues from other disciplines within the group (i.e. Sales, Procurement and Finance) and you will be a trusted advisor for the internationally operating business and act as a trusted advisor to the board.

Key responsibilities

  • Give accurate and timely counsel to executives and colleagues on a variety of legal topics;
  • Review and negotiate complex customer sales and supply agreements;
  • Oversee corporate (legal) record keeping;
  • Collaborate with management to create and maintain appropriate legal strategies;
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on privacy law and policies;
  • Provide legal training to sales staff in all regions

Skills and experience

  • Proven and relevant working experience as a legal professional gained at a law firm, in combination with relevant (broad) experience as in-house counsel, preferably within an international company;

IT Support Engineer

Role: IT Support Engineer

We are hiring an IT Support Engineer to be responsible for the company’s daily IT operations and maintenance and providing technical support for business operations.

Key responsibilities

1. User Devices Management:

  • Manage and maintain the company’s user devices, network equipment, and security devices, and other IT assets.
  • Responsible for the registration, allocation, tracking, and inventory of IT assets.
  • Handle equipment maintenance, replacement, and disposal.
  • Provide support for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.

2. Account and Access Control:

  • Create, maintain, and deactivate employee office accounts, including internal communication tools, access control systems, ERP systems, etc.
  • Reasonably allocate and adjust system permissions based on employee positions and work needs.
  • Provide consultation and technical support for account and permission management.

3. Cyber Security:

  • Maintain the VMware backend and other related operating system platforms, ensuring the security and stability of the systems.
  • Support the implementations of security measures to protect data and manage access control.

4. Technical Support and Coordination:

  • Respond to and coordinate the resolution of internal IT-related issues and requirements.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective integration and collaborative work of IT resources.

Skills and experience

  • Work Experience: 1-2 years of relevant work experience, with a background in IT administration or a strong interest in this position.
  • Language Skills: Able to communicate in English for basic work purposes.
  • Technical Skills: Familiar with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of mainstream operating systems (MacOS, Windows, Linux).
  • Network Knowledge: Understand the basic knowledge of computers and network devices, with relevant experience in networks and operating systems.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Possess good communication skills and a team spirit, able to collaborate across departments.
  • Willingness to Learn: Have a strong interest in the IT field and are willing to continuously learn new knowledge to enhance personal professional capabilities.

We are hiring an Operations Manager to be responsible for handling projects related to the main office organization.

Key responsibilities

1. Office Administration:

  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, including maintenance and repairs.

2. Workspace Management:

  • Coordinate with facilities management for any office renovations or moves.
  • Manage relationships with property management and service providers for office maintenance and services.

3. Human Resources Support:

  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including office setup and initial training.
  • Support HR with employee engagement activities and office culture initiatives.

4. Financial Support:

  • Manage the office budget, including tracking expenses and cost-saving.
  • Process invoices and payments for office-related services, fixed assets, etc.

5. Project Management:

  • Oversee special projects related to office operations, such as technology upgrades or process improvements.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.

6. Other responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of administrative staff.
  • Serve as a liaison between departments to facilitate communication and resolve issues.
  • Complete the tasks assigned by superior and senior management.

Skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in office management or a similar role, with proven success in leading a team.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels of an organization.
